At Sports Research they test with athletes by having them jump rope vigorously for 10 to 15 minutes applying Sweet Sweat only on one side of the body. After exercising they then test for the amount of sweat, and circulation measuring the difference from the side with the Sweet Sweat to the side without it. We can consistently achieve a 3 to 5 degrees centigrade increase with the Sweet Sweat side over the other side.
