Gibraltar Products offers the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping method. 
Payment Information |
ORDER PROCESSING
Gibraltar Products ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our goal is to ship out all customer orders within 24 hours. In fact, most customer orders placed on weekdays before 1:00 pm PST (4:00 pm EST) are shipped out on the same day.
Orders made after 1:00 pm PST and/or received on a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day or after payment has cleared.
Express Mail orders made by 12:00 pm NOON PST will ship out same day.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, U.S. checks, and Money Orders.
For Customers Ordering by Check or Money Order: Please make check payable to Gibraltar Products. Print out your completed order form at time of check out and send with payment to: Gibraltar Products, PMB 192, 12056 Mt Vernon Ave, Grand Terrace, CA 92313. If the order delivers to a California address please add 7.75% CA state tax.
Note: A 10 day check clearing period will apply for all orders paid by check.

FOR U.S. ADDRESSES (Including PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.)
You may choose your order to be shipped either by Standard, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.
Standard Shipping: Shipped First Class, Parcel Post® or Priority Mail® depending on weight of order. Parcel Post usually delivers in 5-7 business days.
Priority Mail: Delivers in approximately 2-3 business days.
Express Mail: (Order by 12:00 pm NOON PST) Delivers next business day to most zip codes and two days to the remaining zip codes. This service is not available for Military addresses.

Therefore, the time you receive your products will depend on the level of service you have selected.
FOR MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO)
Gibraltar Products ships all orders sent to APO and FPO's via USPS Priority Mail. Your package will arrive at your military address usually in 2-3 days. After that it is up to Military Mail to get your package to your actual location. The package is ONLY insured to your military address. Gibraltar Products is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
You may choose your order to be shipped First-Class Mail® International or Priority Mail® International. These services are available to most countries. Transit times vary by country. General estimate for most countries is 6 to 12 days, depending on customs.
Express Mail® International is available to certain countries. Transit times vary depending on destination. General estimate for some countries is 3 to 5 days, depending on customs.
Total transit days may be affected by general customs delays, specific customs commodity delays, holidays observed in the destination country, and other factors beyond the Postal Service's control or Gibraltar Products control.
Shipping & Handling Fees |
The shipping fee will be calculated according the weight of the products, their destination, and the type of service selected at checkout. There is a minimum shipping and handling charge of $6.25 on all orders. We are required to collect 7.75% sales tax when the "ship to" address is in California.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for any of the restrictions, duties, taxes and broker fee collected from your country. Should an item be returned by customs the buyer will also be responsible for any fees this may incur. Any customs fees will be additional. As such, please make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering.
Return Policy
All seals must be unbroken and still intact. Products must be in re-sellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns. You must call customer service for a RMA number for authorization. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the mailing package. A copy of the invoice with the RMA number clearly written and a note of explanation for the return must be sent with the return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number or after 30 days of date on invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for their return.
Gibraltar Products reserves the right to refuse any order under reasonable circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
